Preview availability: Live generation and credit-pack checkout are disabled in this preview. Demonstration results are labeled as previews and are not generated from your uploaded photo. No payment is required to inspect the interface.

These Terms apply to LookbookPoses at lookbookposes.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information.

1. About LookbookPoses

LookbookPoses is designed to create AI-generated multi-pose lookbooks from an uploaded photo. Outputs are AI-generated and labeled AI-generated. They are synthetic images, not records of an actual photoshoot. Read our AI Content Notice before sharing them.

LookbookPoses is an independent tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Age, accounts, and permission

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account.

Upload only your own photo or a consenting adult's photo. Every person shown must be at least 18. You must have permission from the person depicted for AI processing and your intended use of the output, and the necessary rights from the photographer or other rights holder. No photos of children or minors. No celebrity or public-figure photos, even if publicly available or you have permission to use the photograph. These restrictions also apply to background subjects and reference images.

3. Credit packs and payment

The following credit-pack terms apply when purchases are enabled. This preview cannot take payment or create a paid order.

• Credits will be offered in one-time packs through Waffo (waffo.ai). There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
• The pack price, currency, number of credits, any expiry, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. The credit cost of a generation is shown before you submit it.
• Credits are added after payment is confirmed. A checkout redirect alone does not confirm a purchase.
• Credits are for use within LookbookPoses. They are not money, transferable currency, or an investment. Any promotional credits have no cash refund value.
• Unused packs are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase under our Refund Policy. That policy also covers failed requests, duplicate charges, and mandatory consumer rights.

4. Uploads, output rights, and AI labels

You retain your existing rights in uploads. You grant us and the providers operating the Service a limited permission to receive, store, process, and display your uploads and outputs as needed to fulfill your request, deliver results to you, maintain security, and enforce these Terms. This permission does not authorize public advertising with your photo without separate consent.

To the extent we hold transferable rights in an output, we grant you permission to use that output for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rights of others. We do not guarantee that an AI-generated output is unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party rights. You remain responsible for obtaining permissions needed for your intended use.

Keep the AI-generated disclosure when sharing an output. If a platform removes an embedded label, add a clear AI-generated disclosure in the accompanying caption or platform disclosure field. Do not present an output as an unedited photograph, identity document, genuine event, or real endorsement.

5. Safety and acceptable use

Follow our Acceptable Use Policy. For an active generation request, automated checks may restrict a request or its outputs when they reject content, fail, or cannot complete. Live generation is unavailable in this preview. A result passing a safety check does not establish consent, ownership, or commercial clearance.

We may restrict access, remove content, or suspend accounts for misuse. Content delivery does not depend on a person approving individual generations. Any enabled paid service is subject to the Refund Policy; any legal entitlement to a refund remains in force.

6. Results and availability

AI may change facial features, body proportions, clothing, hands, text, or backgrounds. Results and availability can vary. Save any results you wish to keep. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided as available without a guarantee of a particular likeness, aesthetic result, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the relevant claim. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective or undelivered services.

8. Changes and ending use

We may update these Terms and will publish the effective date on this page. Material changes will be notified through the Service or your account contact details where required. Changes do not remove rights relating to an earlier purchase. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through support; outstanding orders, refunds, and legally required records are handled under the relevant policies.
