Preview availability: Live generation and credit-pack checkout are disabled in this preview. Demonstration results are labeled as previews and are not generated from your uploaded photo. No payment is required to inspect the interface.

This policy explains how LookbookPoses at lookbookposes.com processes information when you use the Service or contact support@lookbookposes.com.

Information we process

• Account information: your email, account details, and basic profile information supplied through a sign-in method you choose.
• Photos and generation inputs: the photo you select provides an upload preview. Submitting a request may send the selected photo, style and pose choices, consent confirmation and settings to the service. Live AI processing is unavailable in this preview. Upload only your own photo or a consenting adult's photo, with the necessary image rights. Everyone depicted must be 18 or older. Photos of children, minors, celebrities, or public figures are prohibited.
• Outputs and task records: when generation is enabled, generated images, task identifiers, status, safety-check results and credit usage may be processed to deliver results and resolve failures. Generated results are labeled AI-generated. This preview does not promise an account photo archive or permanent result storage.
• Purchase records: when purchases are enabled, pack, order reference, amount, currency, payment status, credit adjustments and refund records. Payments will be processed through Waffo (waffo.ai). Full card numbers and card security codes are entered with the payment provider, not stored by LookbookPoses.
• Support information: messages and relevant order or task references you send us. Do not email passwords, payment card details, or photos of prohibited subjects.
• Technical information: connection and security data needed to serve requests and prevent abuse, plus the limited visit measurements described below.

Why we process information

We use information to provide the features available to you, maintain account access, prevent misuse, handle support and privacy requests, and meet legal obligations. When generation and purchases are enabled, relevant information may also be used to process photos, deliver results, run automated safety checks and reconcile credits and payments. Where required, processing relies on performance of our agreement with you, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and service operation, or consent for optional uses. You can withdraw optional consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Uploading a photo grants permission to process it for the requested service. It does not grant permission to feature the photo or your results in public marketing. Public promotional use requires separate consent. We do not sell your personal information.

Providers and disclosures

Cloudflare provides website hosting and database infrastructure. Google processes sign-in or analytics information when the corresponding integration is active. When real generation opens, uploaded photos and relevant instructions will need to be sent to the configured processing providers. Active processing providers and their photo-handling terms will be disclosed before that feature opens. This preview does not send photos to a live AI provider.

When purchases are enabled, Waffo processes checkout and payment information under its own applicable terms and privacy information. Relevant purchase and refund records are used to manage credits. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect people and the Service from unlawful activity. Providers may process information outside your country, with applicable transfer safeguards where required.

Cookies and visit measurement

Essential storage supports sign-in, security, and your privacy preferences. Google Analytics is enabled for public pages. Internal QA visits are excluded from Google Analytics, including later visits in the same QA tab. The interface also sends test-only page-view attempts to a same-origin endpoint, which reports that collection is unavailable; these attempts are not stored as visits. Planned daily visitor estimates will use a site-specific, daily server-side code without a persistent browser identifier, cross-site or cross-day identity, or stored raw IP addresses. That visitor-counting service is not active in this preview.

For visitors in the EU/EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage permissions start as denied and a cookie banner asks for your choice. Unknown locations also default to denied. Limited page-view signals can be sent without analytics cookies before a choice or after rejection. In other regions, analytics storage is enabled by default. Your saved choice takes precedence in every region. Advertising user data and personalization remain denied, and no session recording is enabled. You can change your choice through the site's cookie controls; rejecting optional cookies clears analytics cookies.

Page locations and referrers used for analytics omit query strings and fragments. Analytics payloads must not contain uploaded photos, generated images, prompts, email addresses, cookies, or credentials. Technical connection data used for security is separate from these visit measurements.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and support information as needed for the available features, security and legal obligations. When a feature stores photos, outputs or task records, retention is limited to what is needed for the requested service, failure resolution, security and legal obligations. This preview does not promise permanent storage or a fixed photo-retention period. You can request deletion of your account, uploads, and outputs by emailing support. Transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes after account deletion; backups and provider-held copies may remain for their applicable retention periods. Deletion from active service storage does not necessarily remove all backup copies immediately.

We do not promise permanent storage. Download results you wish to keep. Contact support for retention details relevant to your account or to ask what information remains after a deletion request.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your information, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Email support@lookbookposes.com with your request. We may ask for proportionate account verification to protect your information; never send a password or full card details.

Adults only

The Service is for adults aged 18 and over. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18, including people in the background. If you believe a minor's information has been submitted, contact support with a task or page reference so it can be restricted and addressed. Do not attach or resend the image.
